    • Next, choose a location from the list of Hawaii State beach sites, parks or a private venue of your choice. Click here for recommended locations.

    • Choose a date and time for the wedding ceremony. It is highly recommended to avoid weekends due to increased busyness of beaches, parks and roads.

  • Yes! Please contact us about your specific idea and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

  • You may contact us with your proposed date and time; we will then check for availability. Please keep in mind that on the weekends locals utilize beaches, parks and venues, therefore it is best to avoid those dates if at all possible. Oahu also hosts parades and block parties throughout the year, which results in lengthy road closure leading to high amounts of traffic. Here is the schedule for parades and road closures, please plan your ceremony time and place with these elements in mind.

Date requests are solidified into a reservation only when a deposit is received by Hoku Pacific Officiants.

  • Hawaii has beautiful weather year round. Due to the State’s tropical climate, the sun is almost always shinning. In Summer, the days are longer with earlier sunrises and later sunsets. In winter, the days are shorter but the weather is cooler. The average Hawaii temperature stays between 70-90 degrees and the trade winds give the islands a consistent cool breeze.

  • Definitely! Most clients prefer a phone or zoom appointment, however if you prefer an in person meeting we can schedule a time to make sure you are all set. A rehearsal ceremony can also be booked for an additional $200.
